What a year 2020 has been for Africa and the world. A pandemic, loss of lives, jobs, businesses and many more unfortunate incidents. However if there has ever been a beam of hope in these dark times, it's been e-commerce. Lockdowns and covid-19 precautions have brought to bare the massive importance of e-commerce.

This includes but is not limited to online retail, logistics, food delivery and digital payments. Last Month the biggest sale of the year ''BLACK FRIDAY'' was held all the world over and Jumia ensured that Ghanaians had a real good taste of this amazing shopping festival. Discounts, giveaways and a plethora of products and services at amazingly low prices across dozens of categories.

There however were some great milestones and several lessons learnt. Please find attached and in this link ( https://group.jumia.com/jumia-black-fridays-2020/ ) an infographic about what we have learnt from the Black Friday Sales 2020.
