
Ten Week Incubation Programme Underway
A 10-week incubation programme is being held at the Ghana Tech Lab Pokuase Campus, for two startups Medlife and Obaatanpa.
The startups are winners of the just ended Accra North Local Pitch Summit which was held in September by the hub.
Speaking to the Digital Times Africa, Rebecca Addae, the Incubation Associate stated that during the period, ‘‘the incubatees will be taken through training and coaching sessions to enable them develop their products and also to pilot their products’’.
According to her, during the incubation stage, the startups go through mentorship sessions to enable them access relevant information to develop their startups aside their products.
‘‘’We carry out a several activities during the Incubation program to ensure that the incubatees inculcate them in their products for positive outcomes,’’ she said.
She explained that indicated that their products are mainly in health tech and are beinf built to for stakeholders in the health sector.
‘‘The startups will redefine, validate, build their ideas from scratch and implement the outcomes of their training sessions into fully functional and well-developed products,’’ she added.
