Accra West Startup Summit To Be Hosted By Ghana Tech Lab

Ghana Tech Lab, an open, collaborative tech space, is humbly requesting the presence of the public for the Accra West Startup Summit, which will be held at the Accra Digital Centre on Friday, 2nd July 2021 at 9:30 am under the theme “Digital Media for Business and Job Creation in this Era.”

The Accra North Startup Summit (local startup summit) culminates the Ghana Tech Lab Base Innovation Program, which aims to enhance startup development and employability through curated digital skills training, incubation, and employability programs. This year, a Digital Media skills training program was organized for young people with entrepreneurial spirits and mindsets. As a result, six multimedia startups were birthed out of the training program, which began in May.

At the event, all the startups will be given equal opportunities to pitch their business ideas to experienced industry leaders poised as judges. At the end of the summit, two startups will be selected for incubation, based on the judges’ discretion. The primary objective of the summit is to make the startups eligible to meet investor requirements and make their products feasible and market-ready as well.
