Nov. 9, 2022, 9:57 a.m.
It's just like Netflix, but for online courses. A well-tailored platform built for the next marketing gurus to access unlimited marketing-based courses at an affordable monthly fee.
Blurpe, founded by Milton Tutu, allows users to access its educative platform with a seven days free trial and charges as low as N4,999 per month afterward.
"Our goal is always to deliver an excellent learning experience to our students. Regarding the content (courses), we are working on getting as much quality content on the platform as possible. We are working with different instructors to create quality and engaging content that will make users relevant in the marketplace," Milton Tutu told DT Africa on a call.
"When we launched Blurpe, users had to pay N10,000 per month to access the content we had on our platform."
"Although this looked "affordable," we knew that if we wanted to disrupt" the marketplace, we needed to revisit many things, especially our pricing. After many conversations with our users, we decided to make our pricing as affordable as possible so anyone can start learning on Blurpe. All one has to pay to access the courses on Blurpe is N4,999 per month."

With the internet and social media rise, digital marketing has become an essential tool for businesses of all sizes. The need for skilled digital marketers will only grow as the world becomes increasingly digitized.
So if you wish to be part of the next wave, the right skills and knowledge will help you become a guru in this exciting and ever-changing field. That’s precisely what Blurpe is gunning for — creating bespoke content that suits the African market and enables Africans to compete globally.
Besides offering courses, Blurpe offers its users the opportunity to join its community. Through this program, they can receive mentorship from the best instructors and industry experts who can show them how to navigate the fast-growing online industry and get results.
Blurpe also focuses on employability. Although there are several jobs in Africa, few are lucky to land a job due to needing more skills, experience, or qualifications. The traditional model of employment in which people stay in the same position with no sign of progress is no longer the norm. Now, people are expected to upskill and network, which Blurpe aims to do.
As a result, Blurpe has partnered with some recruitment agencies to assist individuals they train with finding jobs after they complete their training.
So if you are looking to start a career in digital marketing or take your digital skills to the next level, visit Blurpe and become the next digital marketing guru.
