Women have been advised to be fearless in pursuing their dreams at the just-ended Ghana Ladies In Tech event held at the Accra Digital Center on Friday, November 25th, 2022.

To inspire and empower ladies in the tech space to promote innovation, creativity, and job creation, the Keynote speaker of this year's event, Anita Erskine, spoke on fear and encouraged the attendees to pursue their dreams irrespective of their challenges.

Organized by the Ghana Tech Lab under the theme "Promoting Female Participation in Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship," Anita Erskine advised ladies to resist being pressured into doing things against their morals and upbringing.

"Things in our enviroment change, so dont tell yourself that youve failed or afraid simply because it feels the word is moving ahead of you, strive hard and pursue that that project youve set for yourself," she said.

"If you have dreams, seek coaching, seek guidance, pursue them and dont wait for the big opportunities before you start to make a move, move with the little ones available to you," Anita Erskine added.

Also, the National Coordinator of the GLiT Community, Ms. Belinda Darkwa, welcomed all the guests and gave an overview of the GLiT community activities and their mission.
