The Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies are working together on this.
The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) stated in a statement that starting on January 1, 2023, it will collaborate with the Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) to collect property taxes across the nation utilizing a unified common property tax platform.
A complete end-to-end district revenue collecting and administration platform created to improve the collection and accounting of property rates is the Unified Common Property Rate Platform, also known as Myassembly.gov.gh.

Additionally, it is connected to the payment system on Ghana.gov.gh.
According to the GRA, property owners can enjoy numerous benefits.
It will assist in reducing cash transactions and payments made to Assembly staff members.
Additionally, it aids in bill payment utilizing several methods, including bank payments, electronic cards, and mobile money.
It includes complete automation for sending out bills, notifications, and alerts to clients.
It also offers a self-service portal where you can, among other things, review rateable values, rate bills, and balances.
Along with other things, the platform has access to real-time reporting of receipts and bill status.
"Use this platform for the payment of property rates," the GRA is requesting of all property owners and ratepayers.
