Ghanaian Startups Invited To Contribute Their Input To The Ghana Startup Bill

The Ghana Startup Bill Technical Working Committee (TWC) under the auspices of the Ministry of Business Development with Support from GIZ’s Make IT, Konrad Adenauer Foundation(KAS) has invited all young entrepreneurs and startups to the Ghana Startup Bill Regional Stakeholder Consultative Workshops.

The bill is to serve as an incentive framework for the creation and development of Startups in Ghana to promote creativity, innovation and the use of new technologies in achieving a strong added value and competitiveness at the national, regional and district levels.

Thus, young entrepreneurs and startups are being encouraged to participate in the workshops to contribute their views and inputs for the final draft of the bill.

Entrepreneurs will additionally get the opportunity to know and understand the content of the Ghana Startup Bill as well as network with other young entrepreneurs or startups within their respective regions.

In a press statement, the Ghana Startup Act committee says the official date and time for the regional consultative workshops will be released soon.
