Online Talent Marketplace Launched By Ghana Tech Lab
March 29, 2021, 2:58 p.m.
Ghana Tech Lab has launched an online talent marketplace for individuals who have passed through the company’s internship program.
Called the Talent Page, the portal will serve as an employability marketplace connecting companies with these interns who have proficiency in tech skills.
Companies can advertise their vacancies and search through portfolios and CVs of potential employees; candidates can create a profile for themselves with all the necessary information, and search and apply to jobs posted on the site.
Commenting on the initiative, Employability Associate Rita Kordey said that the Talent Page distinguishes itself from other talent marketplaces because the portal focuses on only tech skills and gives access to only individuals who have been through their internship program.
On the Talent Page, the interns have been categorized per region and with their peculiar skills. With this, there is no limitation in employing people since an employer is allowed to employ people from across the country.
